1Introduction

Welcome to OhTogel. This platform is operated by OhTogel Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. ("the Company", "we") and provides online entertainment services including togel, slot games, Live Casino, sports betting, and more.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User", "Member") and OhTogel. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between you and ohtogel.

2.3 Registration Process

• Each user is only permitted to have one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

3User Account

• The full name on your account must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 for standard bank transfer methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account within seconds after confirmation by the bank or payment provider.
• OhTogel does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must come from an account registered in your own name.
• Funds deposited for gambling purposes do not earn interest.

4.3 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days.
• OhTogel reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for security and compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

OhTogel does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by ohtogel are subject to specific terms stated on each promotion's page. As a general guide, the following principles apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members who have not previously made any deposit.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• OhTogel reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to manipulate the system.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place cumulative bets totalling RM 2,000 before you can withdraw winnings associated with that bonus.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a stated validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.

6Game Rules

All games on the ohtogel platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final. OhTogel uses an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for applicable games, while lottery markets use official results from the originating market operator. Results are not subject to appeal unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay that prevents a bet from being settled, ohtogel reserves the right to void the bet and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings arising from an obvious system error will not be paid out.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed in the interface of each game. Bets exceeding the set limits will not be accepted by the system. OhTogel reserves the right to amend betting limits with prior notice.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ohtogel platform and will result in permanent suspension or closure of your account, as well as possible legal action:

• Opening or using more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate or exploit the gaming system.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activities for deposits (money laundering).
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through side betting, coordination with other players, or methods designed to artificially reduce risk.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to create an account or conduct transactions.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to the platform's infrastructure.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By OhTogel

OhTogel reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activities.

• Upon request by the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance including bonuses may be forfeited subject to the outcome of the investigation.

8.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting ohtogel customer support. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. Accounts closed by users for responsible gambling reasons may receive additional support from our team.

9Liability Limits

OhTogel provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties beyond those stated in these terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• OhTogel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• OhTogel's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
